Appointment of new Trustee

The Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of another Trustee from 1^st January 2012. Alejandro Ramirez (Alex) is a US-based Trustee who brings with him much experience. He also speaks Spanish which the Trust hopes will help us enter Spanish-speaking South American countries where we have so far had little impact.

 

 

Sadly in November 2011, we had to say goodbye to Julie Armstrong, who resigned unexpectedly. Julie may not have been with the Trust for very long but her commitment to the work of the Trust and contributions will be much missed.

 

 

 

Ambassadors

The Trustees have agreed to the appointment of ambassadors. These will either come from Developed Countries or be resident in developing ones. The aim is for them to help both applicants with the completion of application forms for support, liaison between the Trust and applicants, follow up communication with departments the Trust has supported and, if resident in a Developed Country, in addition, fundraising for the Trust.
